If I burnt down the building I very much doubt I would be paying for it. And if you don't have insurance then your a very naughty boy/company.

A reality check is what is needed me thinks.

Dave, if you think it's such a small deal > are you willing to be their responsible adult?.

I'll have the bit of paper for you to sign on the door if you are.

Burning the place down is a bit extreme,   I was thinking along the lines of;

- Broken windows /  damaged caused to new floor or other business equipment
- Potential incidents with alcohol / drugs
- damage to other peoples property

Any of the above are NOT covered by insurance.

Drugs & alchol

Drugs was pryor to being & physicalco - had some lads snorting some white stuff.

Alcohol - had to close the gents bog as a young'en puked up and filled the sink. (he did appologise & clean it up afterwards).

Carpet damaged downstairs (some sticky crap on it) - had to get a commercial cleaner in to sort it out.

Again, if anyone is willing to be their responsible adult - all my potential worries are nullified - as the sholder of responsibility is shitfed onto that person  ;)

So far I have had no one step up.

How does my name come up in conjunction with the procurement of underage girls, I see my reputation precedes me.

I think that may be slander.

only one incident seems to be by a 'young un' and he cleaned it up!

I don't think anyone would 'shoulder the responsibility' for anyone they didnt know - young or old. So it's not a fair question.

I kept being told in this post that nothing will happen & I should allow them to come on this basis.

I'm not happy for a group of 15 yo's to go without a responsible adult - as I don't want to be held responsible for their actions. . . .

I'm supprised that the people who are saying they won't be a problem are not willing to be responsible for them. . . . .

At least I'm sticking to my guns (unlike you yellow liver pansies!).

LOL
I think we are against your argument that cos they are 15 they are more likley to do bad things, not that you should be responsible for them. Most of the problems at the LAN are older guys drinking too much and getting very loud or people getting angry at their keyboard and smashing it, not people like fluke or whatever.

If I were them I would either:
1. get an adult to just sign someting for Jason
2. wait till I was 16, signup to the LAN under a different name, then trash the joint :-)
