You won't need your cd's. Your boot time is shortened and you won't have to watch the intro movies when you open BF via the shortcut. Some memory enhancements are also included.

Be warned: Next patch you need to copy the bf1942.org back to bf1942.exe (it's a backup). So the patch won't detect a "cracked" bf1942.exe.... It's not a hack but just a no-cd patch with some extra stuff.
