Lag in BF:V?

I will be trying a couple of these at some points as i can get extreme lag spikes for no reason whatsoever. Looking forward to the first patch, but until then a few custom mods shouldn't go amiss

 one tip, turn graphics down to lowest and set connection to modem.

if its ok then up the connection one step at a time.
